The Ugly Duct-ling

Hey!

I’ve been spending endless hours in school these days. The purpose of going to school is to

learn something new, so that’s exactly what I did.

One of the things I learned.

Duct Tape

I have been calling it ‘duck’ tape for as long as I live, I thought that was the right spelling. I use to think that it doesn’t matter because

it has the same pronunciations... Kind of.

Until one day a teacher says ‘Duct Tape’ and in confusion I said ‘duck tape?’ And she furiously answered ‘NO. DUCT, DUCT TAPE’...Eh, What? I was lost, that’s the exact same thing.

I guess not. She proved me wrong, the hard way. Thanks for ruining it.
